Audio & Video Sync Issues

Fix IPTV audio delay, lip-sync problems, and video timing issues.

What Is Audio/Video Sync?

Audio/video sync issues happen when speech, sound effects, or commentary do not line up with the picture.

It can be caused by a stream issue, app decoder setting, Bluetooth delay, TV sound processing, or device performance.

Try These First

Stop and restart the channel, test another channel, restart the app, and restart the device.

If only one channel is affected, it may be a source issue. If every channel is affected, focus on device and audio settings.

Player and Decoder Settings

Switch between hardware and software decoder modes if your app allows it. Some devices handle one mode much better than the other.

Look for audio offset or sync correction controls in the player settings and adjust in small steps.

Device-Specific Solutions

For Bluetooth speakers or headphones, test the TV speakers to see whether Bluetooth delay is the cause. For soundbars, disable heavy audio processing temporarily.

On Fire Stick and Android TV, clear app cache and check system audio output settings.

When to Contact Support

Contact support if the same channel stays out of sync after testing another app and restarting the device.

Provide the channel name, device, app, audio equipment, and whether the issue affects live TV, VOD, or both.
