Where to Start
Before changing settings, identify the scope of the issue. Test another channel, another VOD title, and another device if available.
If only one channel fails, it may be a channel fault. If every stream fails, focus on internet, login, app, or subscription status.
Buffering and Freezing
Restart the router and device, run a speed test beside the TV, and close downloads or games using the same connection.
Try Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, clear app cache, and test a different player if buffering continues.
Login and Authentication Errors
Check username, password, server URL, M3U link, and subscription expiry. Spaces copied from email are a common cause of failed login.
If your plan allows one connection, make sure it is not still active on another screen.
EPG and Sync Problems
If the guide is empty, refresh EPG, clear cache, restart the app, or add the EPG URL manually if supplied.
If audio and video are out of sync, switch decoder mode, restart the stream, or test the same channel on another app.
When to Contact Support
Contact support when the same issue affects several channels after basic checks. Include username, device, app, internet speed, and screenshots.
Useful details reduce guesswork and help support separate account issues from local setup problems.
